🎥 How to Submit a Bug Report or Request in the Taalk Platform 🐞

If something doesn’t go as expected or you want to request a change, you can do so easily from within the platform:

🔍 Option 1: Report a Specific Session Issue

If you’re in the middle of reviewing an AI session (e.g. voice engagement or transcript):

  1. Click the Date/Time link at the bottom of the engagement row — this will take you to the Session View.

  2. In the Session View, click the purple “Report” button at the top right.

  3. A popup will appear titled “Something didn’t go as expected?”

  4. Briefly describe the issue, then click Submit Feedback.

✅ Best for issues like: misrouted calls, inaccurate AI behavior, missing summaries, etc.

🐞 Option 2: General Platform Bugs or Requests

If you want to log a broader issue (not tied to a session):

  1. Go to the top navigation menu.

  2. Click the bug icon (🪲) next to your profile picture.

    • View your open and closed tickets

    • Submit a new ticket for a bug, issue, or feature request

    • Track ticket ownership and status (e.g., Open, Closed)

      You’ll be directed to the full Tickets dashboard, where you can:

🔄 Tip: Export Your Tickets

Need a record? Click “Export to CSV” from the tickets dashboard to download a full log of your submissions.
