Campaign-level Notifications (Email/Webhook) 

This feature enhances operational efficiency by keeping teams informed about critical campaign events, reducing downtime, and improving customer engagement.

The Campaign Notifications feature allows users to configure automated alerts for specific campaign events. These notifications can be sent via Email or Webhook, enabling real-time monitoring and response to critical campaign activities. Users can set up different event triggers and define their preferred notification method for optimized workflow efficiency.

• Event-Triggered Notifications – Receive alerts for predefined campaign events such as reports, new contacts, or missed agent calls.

• Multiple Delivery Methods – Notifications can be sent via Email or Webhook, allowing flexibility in integration with third-party tools.

• Customizable Webhook Methods – Choose between GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE, or PUT when using webhooks.

• Real-Time Monitoring – Ensure campaign performance is continuously tracked with automated alerts.

How to Use Campaign Notifications

1. Accessing the Notifications Panel

1. Navigate to the Campaign Settings section.

2. Click on the Notifications tab in the right-hand menu.

3. Select Add a notification to configure a new alert.

2. Configuring an Email Notification

1. Under Receiver, choose an Event from the dropdown list.

• Available options:

• Hourly Report

• Half Day Report

• Daily Report

• New Contact: when a new event added

• Agent Miss Call: when a live agent missed their transfer calls.

• Fuse Melt - when there is an error occurred and triggered the breaker event

2. Set the Type as Email.

3. Enter the recipient’s email address.

4. Click Save to activate the notification.

3. Configuring a Webhook Notification

1. Select an Event from the dropdown list.

2. Set the Type as Webhook.

3. Choose the HTTP Method for webhook communication (GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE, PUT).

4. Enter the Webhook URL where notifications should be sent.

5. Click Save to confirm the setup.
