Dialer Strategy

At Taalk, we understand the critical role of effective customer outreach in your success. Our platform is designed with multiple factors in mind, as you can see in the user interface, to optimize your dialing strategy.

Dialer Pacing: The pacing feature allows you to scale your outreach process, adjusting the dialing speed from just a few calls per hour to up to 100,000 dials for enterprise-level campaigns. For even higher volumes, our team is ready to discuss custom solutions with you.

Timeout Configuration: This setting determines how long the system waits for a customer to pick up the call. Normal range to ensure connection is 25. Set it at 12-15 seconds will save significant amount of cost and prevent you from reaching AMD. However, this might incur scrutiny from the Telco company for high ASR; may result in disruption of your campaign.

Compliance and Security: Compliance is paramount at Taalk. Our platform integrates both federal Do Not Call (DNC) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations. If your leads are self-generated, DNC and TCPA compliance is mandatory. However, if your leads are sourced from verified third-party intake forms and include explicit consent, you have the option to bypass DNC checks.

  • AI Auto DNC: this is when you have full consent from the customer and only remove them from the campaign when they asked to.
  • AI Auto + Company DNC: This is for full consent from customer but you want to add company level DNC overrid. You can add that company DNC in the Taalk Compliance.
  • AI Auto + Company + FTC: This is the most robust DNC detection including up-to-date FTC DNC list. If you DO NOT have full consent from the customer, we strongly urge you to enable the full detection option.

Local Caller Presence: For national outreach, we provide local caller IDs for all area codes you wish to cover. These IDs are automatically matched to your agents or agent groups based on the target area code, ensuring local presence and maximizing engagement. (This is only available on the Elite Agent Plan)

All of these features operate in real time, with every single call protected by TCPA and DNC regulations. If your leads have potential compliance risks, our system will flag them, ensuring that you remain aware and compliant throughout your campaigns.
