Enhanced Report Filtering - [Update]

The Enhanced Report Filtering update provides greater control over call engagement analytics, allowing users to refine reports based on specific criteria.

Key Features

• Category Selection – Filter reports by Engaged, Actions Taken, Bad, or All calls.

• Call Type Filtering – Choose between Outbound (OB) Calls, Inbound (IB) Calls, OB/IB Calls, or Multi-Channel interactions.

• Transfer Duration – Analyze calls based on transfer times, including Any, ≥ 60s, ≥ 90s, and ≥ 120s.

• Answer Machine Exclusion – Remove calls that reached an answering machine by selecting Yes or include all calls by selecting No.
