Managing Inbound Caller Blocker in Taalk
Taalk’s Inbound Caller Blocker helps your team stay focused by automatically preventing unwanted or repeat inbound calls from reaching your agents. This protects compliance, improves efficiency, and ensures that only priority calls get through.
📍 Accessing the Compliance UI

Navigate to the Compliance section under the Contact Center tab in the Taalk platform.

Select the Inbound Block List option.
🔎 Checking a Number’s Status

Enter a phone number in the input box.

Click Check to see if the number is currently blocked.
➕ Adding a Number to the Inbound Block List
If a number should never be allowed to call into your system:

Enter the number in the input box and press Check.

Click Add to place it into your Inbound Block List.
📘 Note: Once added, calls from this number will be automatically blocked and never routed to an agent.
🗑 Removing a Number from the Inbound Block List
To allow a previously blocked number to call in again:

Locate the number in your Inbound Block List.

Click the Trash icon next to it.

The number will be removed, and inbound calls from it will be permitted again.
