Quick Guide to Taalk Campaign

📂 1. Active Campaigns & Their Purpose

Each campaign record includes:

  • Name

  • Status: LIVE, PAUSED, DRAFT

  • Type: SMS, RVM (Ringless Voicemail), INBOUND, OUTBOUND

Navigation Shortcuts:

  • Dashboard – Real-time session activity and call flows

  • Report – Summarized campaign results

  • Contacts – Uploaded leads list

  • Settings – Configuration and assignment controls

📤 2. Uploading a List of Contacts

Steps:

  1. Click Upload CSV

  2. Ensure your file includes required headers:

    first_name, last_name, phone

Taalk-Specific Headers for enhanced tracking:

Use columns like Taalk_Address, Taalk_City, Taalk_State, Taalk_Zip, etc.

📊 3. Reviewing Campaign Performance

Location: Navigate to the Report tab within any campaign.

Key Metrics:

  • Total outreach volume

  • Successful engagements

  • Voicemails, DNC, No Answer, etc.

📈 4. Reviewing Individual Sessions & Calls

Go to: Dashboard tab

You’ll be able to:

  • View each session and contact outcome

  • Identify voicemail vs. live pickup

  • Listen to audio recordings

  • Review full AI-generated transcripts

  • Monitor outcomes: transfer, hang-up, or agent intervention

Ideal for quality assurance and troubleshooting lead responses.
