How to Join Your Organization’s Taalk Workspace

Taalk supports seamless collaboration and scalable deployment through domain-based Enterprise Workspaces. When users register with their official company email (e.g., @yourcompany.com), they are automatically grouped into their organization’s workspace for efficient onboarding and resource sharing.

Registration Options
1. Register with a Company Email

Go to the Sign Up Page.

Use your official work email (e.g., user@wxycompany.com) to register.

If your company domain is pre-configured in Taalk, you’ll be automatically assigned to your Enterprise Workspace.
📌 Note: Ensure your organization’s domain is registered with Taalk. If not, contact success@taalk.ai for setup support.
2. Sign in with Google

Click “Sign in with Google” at the login page.

Authenticate with your Google Workspace account.

If your domain is registered, you’ll be auto-assigned to the correct Enterprise Workspace.
3. Sign in with Microsoft

Click “Sign in with Microsoft” at the login page.

Authenticate with your Microsoft business credentials.

Domain-based matching will place you into your company’s Enterprise Workspace.
4. Manual Registration via Email

Click “Create an account” at the bottom of the login page.

Enter your full name, business email, and password.

After domain verification, you will be assigned to your organization’s Enterprise Workspace.
Workspace Assignment and Enterprise Features
Once registered, users are automatically provisioned under their organization’s Enterprise Workspace. No manual activation is required to access enterprise-level features.
