How to Join Your Organization’s Taalk Workspace

Taalk supports seamless onboarding and workspace management through a name-based registration model. When users sign up, they’re given access to a limited demo experience. Full activation requires assignment to a client workspace by an administrator or team lead.

🆕 New Registration Flow (Name-Based Onboarding)

When a new user registers, here’s what to expect:

1. Register Your Free Account

• 🏢  Enterprise Domain-Based Workspace Matching

  If your organization is part of an Enterprise Workspace, domain-based assignment is still supported.

  Registration Options:

  ✅ Register with Company Email

  • Use an official company email (e.g., user@wxycompany.com)

  • After registration, please reach out to success@taalk.ai or your workspace admin to be added to your organization’s account and gain full access

  🔐 Sign in with Google or Microsoft

  • Authenticate with your Google or Microsoft account tied to your work domain

  • If your domain matches a registered workspace, you will be routed accordingly

Once registered, users can:

• Log in

• Access the Demo Page (limited view only)

• Not yet access any live campaigns or call data

2. Client Workspace Setup (Admin Required)

To fully activate a user:

• An admin or team lead must create a Client Workspace inside Taalk

• Then, the new user must be manually assigned to that client within the settings

• Once assigned, the user will gain full access to campaigns, routing, and AI Playbooks

🔒 Until assigned to a client, the user remains in “demo-only” mode. please reach out to success@taalk.ai or your workspace admin to be added to your organization’s account and gain full access
