Taalk Dialer Signal Reference Guide

Taalk Dialer automatically classifies every call outcome into clear, color-coded signal types for analytics, compliance, and optimization.

These signals apply to both AI Force and Operator Force campaigns to ensure consistent tracking across all engagements.


 

 

🟢 Engagement Signals (Human Connections)

 

Signal Type

Example or Phrase Detected

Meaning

Reporting Behavior

Human Connect – Drop

Person answers and hangs up immediately

A human answered but disconnected quickly.

Human Engagement (Short). Counts toward contact and connect quality metrics.

Human Connect – DNC Request

“Please remove me from your list.”

Human explicitly requests DNC removal.

Engagement (Compliance). Automatically suppressed from future calls.

Human Connect – Silent

Person answers but does not speak

Human connection detected with no response.

Engagement (Silent). Logged for QA or AI listening model review.

Partial Engagement

“Reach a person, partial survey.”

Human started but didn’t finish AI or operator dialogue.

Engagement (Partial). Used for drop rate and flow performance analytics.

Full Engagement

“Reach a person, full survey.”

Human completed the full interaction.

Engagement (Complete). Counted as successful completion.

Voicemail (VM)

Standard voicemail greeting

Reached a voicemail or automated greeting.

Voice mail Engagement. Logged as “Voicemail Detected.” May trigger voicemail drop.

Transfer Engagement

“Reach a person and transfer to customer service.”

Human connected and successfully transferred to Operator Force.

Engagement (Transfer). Logged as conversion handoff.

 


🟡 Non-Engagement Signals (Unsuccessful Connection)

Ring No Answer

Rings continuously, no pickup

No human or voicemail response detected.

Non-Engagement. Counts toward attempt total.

Busy Signal

“The line is busy.”

Target number currently active or declined connection.

Non-Engagement. Logged as “Busy.” Counts toward attempt metrics.

 


🔴 Invalid / Compliance Signals
