Managing Company DNC (Do Not Call) in Taalk
Taalk makes it easy to manage your Company-level Do Not Call (DNC) list. This ensures your brand stays compliant and prevents unwanted contacts across all campaigns.
With the Compliance UI, you can override campaign-level DNC lists and enforce company-wide rules.
📍 Accessing the Compliance UI
-
Navigate to the Compliance section under the Contact Center tab in the Taalk platform.
-
From here, you can search, add, or remove numbers from the Company DNC list.
🔎 Checking a Number’s Status
-
Enter the phone number in the input box.
-
Click Check to verify whether the number is already listed in your Company DNC.
