The purpose of this release is to introduce and explain the features of Dialer Strategy, with a focus on real-time lead engagement and automated campaign execution. This update enables users to secure new leads and instantly integrate them into long-lasting campaigns, ensuring continuous, timely outreach and maximizing conversion potential.


 

User Scenarios

1. Real-Time Lead Engagement

Users who generate or receive real-time leads can:

  • Immediately initiate a call using the Talk Call API

  • Automatically enroll leads into an active campaign

    This rapid response significantly improves lead conversion by reducing time-to-contact.

2. Campaign Setup and Automation

Users can:

  • Create and configure a persistent campaign

  • Set parameters such as time zone and daily start time

    If a lead is not reached on the first attempt, the system will automatically retry using a predictive dialer to ensure follow-up.

3. API Integration for Lead Posting

Instead of relying on static CSV uploads or pre-loaded contact lists, users can:

  • Directly post leads to a campaign using an API call in JSON format

    This streamlined method supports tools like JPR or any compatible API service, enabling seamless lead ingestion.

4. Campaign Customization

Users can tailor campaign configurations to improve performance by:

  • Assigning custom Caller IDs

  • Adjusting pacing, retry logic, and contact strategy

    This increases personalization and aligns outreach with brand and compliance standards.

5. Automation of Continuous Outreach

Once the campaign is active:

  • Any newly added lead will be contacted automatically

  • The system handles subsequent outreach, leveraging the Talk Call API and designated AI Agent persona

    This ensures consistent engagement without manual intervention.
